Pioneering High-Torque Rotary, DTH, and Core Drilling Equipment Engineered for Demanding Formations
Navigating cost constraints and engineering specifications in municipal, mining, and energy sectors
Modern civil infrastructure, high-density municipal construction, and remote natural resources harvesting depend heavily on efficient borehole drilling. Selecting a reliable bore drilling machinery supplier is no longer just about procuring equipment; it is about establishing a strategic partnership capable of matching specific geological challenges with optimized mechanical outputs. From high-torque rotary rigs built to break deep granite, to portable wireline core systems mapping geothermal reserves, structural engineers require machines that minimize downtime and optimize the cost-per-meter drilled.
At a macro level, the global demand for water well drilling rigs, casing systems, and foundation piling platforms continues to grow. Fast-paced urbanization across Latin America, Africa, and Southeast Asia has triggered a surge in foundation pile engineering requirements. Concurrently, environmental compliance and ESG regulations drive the implementation of low-emission, hybrid-compatible, or highly efficient hydraulic drive architectures. As a result, EPC contractors and drilling companies prioritize partners that offer robust, CE and ISO-certified machines alongside reliable regional maintenance programs.
SINOVO Group is a professional supplier of construction machinery equipment and construction solutions. We operate across construction machinery, exploration equipment, import-export representation, and professional construction scheme consulting, serving piling and exploration teams globally.
Since the early 1990s, our core engineering and leadership team has operated at the forefront of China's heavy equipment export sector. Through two decades of iteration and technical development, SINOVO has built alliances with top-tier international manufacturers and major Chinese steel mills, earning recognition in national engineering export initiatives.
Today, SINOVO Group focuses on pile construction machinery, hoisting platforms, water well drilling systems, and geological exploration platforms. We have established trade relations in over 120 countries and territories, building a service and distribution network spanning five continents.
Operating from our ISO9001:2015 certified manufacturing facilities, SINOVO delivers heavy drilling machines designed for diverse soils, cobbles, and hard rock formations. Our Beijing headquarters manages global service, logistics, and R&D engineering, supported by local labor resources and regional shipping hubs.
Our main production base spans 7,800 square meters, featuring modern fabrication lines, CNC machining stations, ultrasonic weld inspection, and automated testing bays. This vertically integrated manufacturing model ensures strict quality control and shorter lead times, allowing us to ship standard configurations within 10 to 15 days.
High-efficiency manufacturing clusters and lower cost of ownership without quality compromises
SINOVO leverage China's heavy engineering ecosystem to control costs while maintaining high quality. Proximity to major component manufacturers allows us to procure structural steel, hydraulic valves, winches, and power units with minimal logistics overhead. Our Xianghe plant is close to regional steel suppliers and hydraulic component manufacturers, reducing transit times and inventory costs.
This supply chain model helps mitigate international market volatility. Key structural components use Q355B and high-strength Q460 steel, fabricated with automated subarc welding and non-destructive testing (NDT) to prevent structural fatigue. Essential hydraulic blocks and electronic controls are sourced from verified domestic partners or global leaders like Rexroth, Kawasaki, and Cummins, ensuring balanced cost-performance ratios.
Additionally, our proximity to Tianjin Port—a major deepwater cargo hub—lowers inland transportation costs and simplifies roll-on/roll-off (RoRo) and flat-rack container logistics. These structural efficiencies allow SINOVO to offer competitive pricing, helping global partners manage capital costs while acquiring reliable machinery.
Electro-hydraulic efficiency, telemetry systems, and environmental adaptation
SINOVO continues to invest in electronic-hydraulic control and drive systems. Modern drilling operations demand precise, real-time feedback on torque, penetration rate, and verticality. Our engineering team develops integrated electro-hydraulic systems that adjust engine RPM and pump displacement based on rock resistance, reducing fuel consumption by up to 15% in hard rock conditions.
Future development focuses on three primary areas:
Real-time monitoring of pressure, flow rates, and drilling depths. Data is sent to jobsite networks to prevent drill tool damage and optimize progress tracking.
Developing electric-hydraulic auxiliary drives to comply with zero-emission regulations in indoor, tunnel, and sensitive urban environments.
Standardized quick-change coupler systems for fast switching between CFA (Continuous Flight Auger), Kelly bar, and low-headroom configurations.
SINOVO equipment performing in complex soil profiles and harsh environments globally
Supporting heavy lift operations and diaphragm wall cage installations in soft alluvial soil profiles along regional waterways.
High-temperature configuration package drilling boreholes through sand and hard limestone formations under desert conditions.
Installed through TEG Far East, drilling large-diameter, deep foundation piles in marine clay formations for urban transit extensions.
Providing noise-free and vibration-free pile penetration in highly populated urban environments with soft subsoils.
Drilling cast-in-place bored piles using Kelly bar configurations for heavy industrial complex footings.
Continuous operation and verticality monitoring in variable soil and bedrock sequences.
Securing clean water sources in remote zones by drilling through metamorphic basement rocks to reach deeper aquifers.
A medium-sized rotary rig operating on local road and bridge development projects, balancing transport weight with torque output.
Drilling structural piles on steep coastal terrains, demonstrating stability and crawler traction control.
Executing large-diameter foundation piles for high-rise residential construction projects.
The success of SINOVO Group relies on our team of engineers, technicians, and international sales specialists. Over 30% of our staff work directly in engineering design, quality control, and troubleshooting, helping our machines meet varying regional standards.
We invest annually in hydraulic flow distribution research, torque calculation methods, and stress analysis of Kelly bars. SINOVO holds multiple utility and design patents, and our factory has been recognized as a certified "Science and Technology Enterprise" in China, reflecting our commitment to technical innovation.

Certified manufacturing practices to meet global compliance and import requirements

A comprehensive system to ensure equipment uptime and long-term operating reliability
Industrial machinery represents a major investment, making ongoing support a key selection criterion. SINOVO Group operates an integrated service system structured across three core phases:
We analyze local geological conditions and bore specifications to help select appropriate rig power, torque capacities, and Kelly bar profiles. Each machine undergoes functional testing and load calibration prior to shipment, and third-party inspections are supported.
Standard orders typically ship within 10 to 15 days, with longer lead times for custom or modified configurations. We keep buyers updated on manufacturing milestones, assembly progress, and shipping logistics.
Our drilling rigs include a 12-month manufacturer's warranty. During this period, we provide free debugging support, basic operator training, and replacement of qualifying wear parts. Rigs built with Caterpillar (CAT) undercarriages are eligible for service support through local CAT service networks.

SINOVO Group participates regularly in major construction and mining exhibitions worldwide, including Bauma, Conexpo, and regional trade fairs in Southeast Asia, the Middle East, and Africa. These events allow us to connect directly with drilling operators and gather feedback on rig performance in different soil conditions.
Our sales and support teams maintain strategic partnerships in Singapore, Dubai, and Algiers to facilitate parts supply and technical assistance. This localization helps us provide faster response times for field support and component delivery.
