The rotary device of the drilling rig is driven by double hydraulic motors with large output torque, which improves the drilling stability of the drilling rig.
It can be equipped with a new angle changing mechanism to make the hole more convenient and the adjustment range larger, which can reduce the requirements of the working face.
The cooling system is optimized to ensure the working temperature of the hydraulic system is between 45 and 70 ℃.
It is equipped with a pipe following drilling tool, which is used to protect the wall of casing in unstable formation, and the conventional ball tooth bit is used to finish the hole. High drilling efficiency and good hole forming quality.
In addition to the crawler chassis, clamping shackle and rotary table, the rotary jet module can be selected to make the rig more suitable for engineering construction.

It supports multiple drilling methods including DTH (Down-The-Hole) hammer conventional drilling, spiral drilling, drill pipe drilling, casing drilling, and drill pipe casing compound drilling.
The hydraulic cooling system is optimized to dynamically control temperatures, ensuring that the working temperature of the hydraulic fluid consistently remains stable between 45℃ and 70℃ during continuous operation.
The rig is powered by an electric motor (Model Y250M-4-B35) with a rated power of 55KW. The total weight of the equipment is 4400kg, and its overall dimensions are 4300*1700*2000mm.
