We pay close attention to customer project updates, maintaining regular communication. Delivery for standard products is about 10 to 15 days. When products require customization to meet specific geotechnical parameters, delivery times are adjusted accordingly.
We provide 1 to 2 weeks of on-site service and operator training programs. Wear parts are replaced free of charge within the warranty period. For other maintenance needs, we provide technical guidance to ensure operations are restored quickly.
