CE Certification ZF40 Loader-Type Piling Machine Manufacturers, Pricelist

The loader-type piling machine is modified from a loader chassis and is primarily used for small-diameter, shallow-depth foundation projects, especially suitable for drilling and installing utility poles, photovoltaic piles, etc.

Product Description

The drilling system can be equipped with adjustable outriggers at the front to adapt to various terrains. When fitted with an alloy drill bit, it can penetrate laterite (red soil), frozen soil, highly weathered rock, and other geological conditions.

Working Principle
  • 1
    Rotate the Hydraulic Rotary Head
    • The operator pushes the hydraulic control lever (for rotation) in the cab, driving the rotary head to rotate (clockwise or counterclockwise).
  • 2
    Apply Feed Pressure
    • While the rotary head rotates, the operator pushes the feed pressure control lever to advance the drill.
  • 3
    Control the Rotary Motor
    • The feed pressure lever regulates the slewing motor at the top of the pile frame.
  • 4
    Raise/Lower the Rotary Head
    • The motor rotation drives the ascending and descending motion of the rotary head.
