The TR308H is a classic medium-sized rotary drilling rig specifically designed for the construction of medium-sized pile foundations. It is highly optimized for geological environments and projects in East China, Central China, and Southwest China.
This system uses electrical signals rather than traditional pilot hydraulic lines to control the entire rig operation. This advanced configuration ensures faster response times, more precise positioning, higher operational efficiency, and a significant improvement in energy utilization.
The drilling rig is built upon the latest Carter (Caterpillar) rotary excavator chassis and powered by a reliable CAT C-9.3 engine. It features an engine power of 263 KW at 1750 rpm, providing substantial stability and torque for challenging soil layers.
The TR308H drilling rig supports a maximum drilling diameter of 2500 mm and can reach a maximum drilling depth of up to 90 to 95 meters, making it highly versatile for various civil and industrial foundation projects.
Standard configurations feature either a Friction Kelly Bar (∅508-6*16.5) for softer, cohesive soils or an Interlock Kelly Bar (∅508-4*16.5) designed to penetrate harder rock and challenging strata.
The total operational weight of the TR308H with the Kelly bar installed is 93 tons. When configured without the Kelly bar for ease of logistics, the transport weight is reduced to 79 tons.
