Our payment terms require 100% T/T in advance, or a 100% irrevocable L/C at sight issued by an established international bank and accepted by SINOVO.
Q3: What is covered under the manufacturer's warranty?
We provide a 12-month warranty from the date of shipment, covering all major structural parts and components. If a fault occurs due to a design or manufacturing defect, we will provide replacement parts and on-site technical support free of charge (excluding customs duties and local transportation). Wear parts such as filters, seals, oils, and cables are not covered.
Q4: How are products packaged for shipment?
We use standard export packaging designed to protect heavy machinery during long ocean voyages and international transit.
Q5: How does SINOVO handle after-sales service globally?
