The TR368Hc is a classic deep hole rock drilling rig designed for developing medium to large pile foundations. It is ideal for pile foundation engineering in urban construction and medium to large bridge projects.
This rig features the industry's first all-electric control technology, where operations are managed via electrical signals throughout the entire process. This modern method delivers superior efficiency, stability, and control performance compared to traditional control methods.
The TR368Hc supports a maximum drilling diameter of 2500 mm and a maximum drilling depth range of 100/65 meters, making it highly capable for deep hole rock applications.
The drilling rig is built on a Carter rotary excavator chassis (CAT345GC) and is powered by a Caterpillar C-9.3B engine with an engine power of 259 KW at 1750 rpm.
For standard setups, it supports the Friction Kelly bar (∅530-6*18) and the Interlock Kelly bar (∅530-4*18). For specialized configurations, an Interlock Kelly bar (∅530-4*19) is available.
