We provide a 12-month warranty from the date of shipment. The warranty covers main structural parts and electronic/hydraulic components. If a fault occurs due to our engineering design or manufacturing defects, we will replace the components and provide on-site technical assistance without charge (except for custom duties and local inland transport). Consumable parts such as lubricants, seals, ropes, filters, and bulbs are excluded.
