This equipment is designed for engineering geological explorations (for railways, highways, bridges, dams, etc.), geologic core drilling, and geophysical exploration. It is also suitable for drilling holes for small grouting, blasting operations, and small water wells.
The rated drilling depth of the rig is 150 meters, with support for levels of 200m, 150m, 100m, 70m, 50m, and 30m. The supported hole diameter ranges from 59mm to 150mm depending on the application.
The rig features a ball-type holding device and a hexagonal Kelly. This combination allows for continuous non-stop operation while lifting the drill rods, which significantly optimizes workflow and increases drilling efficiency.
It can be configured with either a ZS1105 Diesel Engine (rated at 12.1KW / 2200rpm) or a Y160M-4 Electrical Motor (rated at 11KW / 1460rpm), giving you flexibility depending on field conditions.
The XY-1B model measures 1433*697*1273mm and weighs 525kg. The XY-1B-1 measures 1750*780*1273mm and weighs 595kg. The XY-1B-2 measures 1780*697*1650mm and weighs 700kg (weights do not include the power unit).
