Our standard payment terms include: 100% T/T in advance or 100% irrevocable L/C at sight, issued from a reputable international bank and accepted formally by SINOVO Group accounting departments.
What is covered under the manufacturer's warranty?
12 months from shipment date. The warranty covers main structural weldments, hydraulic rotary gears, motors, and hydraulic control valves. If faults or defects arise from our structural design or factory assembly, we will supply replacement components and provide technical field assistance without charging the customer (excluding import duties and local domestic freight).
