In 2008, SINOVO carried out a strategic restructuring and established TEG FAR EAST company in Singapore to better support Southeast Asian construction markets.

In 2010, the group invested 120 million yuan to construct the Hebei Xianghe industry base. This 67-mu facility is fully dedicated to the design and testing of heavy-duty piling machinery, water well rigs, and structural casing systems.
